When you list your Tucson Home with us and are providing an American Home Shield Home Warranty for the prospective Buyer, we will provide you with a FREE Listing American Home Shield Home Warranty Policy. It will be provided for you the seller during the time your home is listed with us.
Here is what is covered by the Home Warranty Plan:

5. Water Heater
6. Electrical System
7. Exhaust Fan
8. Ceiling Fans

12. Build-in Microwave Oven
13. Range/Oven/Cooktop
14. Trash Compactor
There is a $55 service call fee and they will fix or replace any of the above items at no additional cost to you. You don't have to worry about the water heater going out while it is listed and having to replace it. The only charge will be the $55 service call fee. That is great peace of mind, and we provide the converage to you for FREE. If you would like to also cover the Air Conditioning/Heating Unit in the listing coverage, it will cost $70.
