Tucson Gladden Farms Master Plan Community
Gladden Farms is one of the newest master plan communities in the Tucson area. It is actually located in Marana, Arizona. It is just off I-10 and only about an hour from Phoenix. It is still in the early part of development as a community with lots of room for expansion. It is just down the road from Continental Ranch and Continental Reserve two other masterplan communities in the area.
While shopping isn't close there is a new shopping center and Fry's Grocery store planning to open in the coming year right in the community and more will be following as the community grows. For now you can drive 6 miles down to Cortaro Farms Road where there is abudant shopping, including a new In and Out Burger.
The Marana School system is of the the best in southern Arizona and a lot of families chose to live in this more rural atmosphere.
Here is one of the best kept secret about Gladden Farms. It is located on an actual farm site. It has an abundance of non-potable water. As a result every home has as much free water for landscaping as it wants or needs.
