A Tucson Patio Home is more about the size of the lot surrounding the home than it is the home itself. It has a zero lot line and is usually attached to one wall of the house next to it. The main difference between a patio home and a townhome is the lot size.
The actual style of the design and interior layout can be quite varied. Most patio homes are single story and are a favorite with active adults who don't want to take care of a yard or exterior landscaping.
