What do Snowbirds look like was a google query which came in to this blog today. It first made me smile then as I read it again I laughed outloud. I then got to wondering who would be asking this question.
Tucson Spring 2008 is Here
The first week we have 80 + degree highs for everyday of the week I declare it to be spring. This is the week. It is also the week my eyes are itching and the spring pollen is in the air. Spring has arrived in Tucson.

We have had some fun over at the Tucson AZ Real Estate blog counting up the closed transactions for the month of January and the trickle in approach to getting data in the system for reporting purposes. We have all seen a movie or program where someone is crossing a street looking one way to make sure it is safe and getting hit by a bus coming from the other direction. It is sudden, shocking, and fatal.
Tucson MLS 2007 Annual Statistics Report
The annual statistics report is out for 2007. I’ve been working on the analysis for January 2008. But I keep finding issues with the numbers which isn’t making it easy to try and do analysis.
