Dave's PhotoI’m the part of the team reading publications for news on the state of Tucson Real Estate.  I’ve been a computer programmer and data analyst for years and served as the database administrator for the largest realty company in Southern Arizona for almost six years.  I’ve worked behind the scenes creating reports and ways to analyze the data that has made up the Tucson Real Estate Market during that time.

In August of 2005 I got my real estate license and joined my wife Barbara.  I took over the duties of Webmaster and created a new website for her in March of 2006, since then I’ve added new content and structure to her site.  We work very hard to keep our clients and prospective clients informed of the quickly changing Tucson Real Estate Market.

We decided the easiest way to keep people informed and given them an easy forum for comments and questions was to add a blog to our website.  After much study and reading of a book or two on the topic here it is.  I’m sure I’ll be tweaking this blog as much as I have the website in an effort to keep it easy to navigate, informative, and fun.
