Tucson MLS Residential Closed Transaction June 2008 Snapshot
There are two more days for Closed Transactions to be entered into the system before stats will be pulled or a fine incurred for late entry. I know many of you following the Tucson Real Estate Market are wondering what June is going to be like considering the continued lose of consumer confidence in the economy and the cost of crude oil now topping over $143 a barrel, at least that is what I heard this morning.

Tucson MLS Statistics for April 2008
April was a good month for real estate in Tucson so far we have 1008 Residentail sales recorded for the month. Looks like this will be the final number as well.

This is our market. It is what it is given all that has and is occuring in our country economically. New Home Construction is tied to Mortgage even more than it is tied to new construction. If buyers can’t get financing to buy a house then builders can’t sell them.
Tucson April 2008 Closed Transaction 991 and Counting
I’ve felt like an auctioneer all day long. I check the closed transactions counts about once every 30 minutes since early this morning. I didn’t think we could close ground on the nearly 30 transactions we needed to get to 1000 for the month.
Tucson MLS April 2008 Closed Transactions over 900 and Counting
Right now there are 915 closed transactions entered into the Tucson MLS System for April 2008. This is more than were reported for March 2008. The deadline for entering transactions (without a fine) for April isn’t until midnight on May 2.
Tucson MLS Statistics for March 2008
March showed a marked improvement over February for 2008 in some key areas. Please note improvement is not always indicated by a + sign. Sales were much stronger in March, and will probably be stronger than April. Time will tells us more on this figure. As of Noon on April 14, 2008 there are 291 closed transactions recorded for the month of April in the Tucson MLS. I believe this is a little lower than this time last month.

We have a few days before the final number (as final as they get for reporting purposes) are in and calculated for the Tucson MLS March 2008 Statistics Report. But if you are curious like I am you don’t want to wait till the end of April to find out how things shaped up in the Tucson Real Estate Market during March.
