We see people coming to our site and blog searching for information about Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail on subjects like, property taxes, water resources, condo conversions, new construction and sam hughes. Yeah, Sam Hughes, I think a teacher somewhere has students writing a paper on Sam Hughes. But Sam Hughes is the topic for another post.
While Tucson is making strides to get information on the internet, there is a reason it is called “The Old Pueblo”. Information is sometimes pretty slow making its way to the web. And I’m finding that often when it does make its way to the web it can’t be found. I’ll talk about that in another post as well.
That leaves us with a new term for an old approach. I’m calling it The Tucson Real Estate Search Engine. Here is an example of how it works.
There was a recent article in “The Tucson Citizen” about the Arizona Commons apartments being converted to Condos and being called “Campus Walk Condominiums” This article was picked up by a website that has an online and email newsletter. One of the people receiving that email wanted more information but couldn’t find it on the web so he called us.
Barbara (the real name for The Tucson Real Estate Search Engine) got on the phone and tracked down the people doing the conversions, they provided more information about pricing, where the project was now, when could people start purchasing, etc..
Once she had gathered all the information she could she called him back and relayed the new information and we will be working with him should he want to pursue purchasing one of the units.
I took the information she had gathered along with the information from the article and put it up as a blog post. Arizona Commons to become Campus Walk Condominiums They now have models open and I’ll be adding photos to that post soon.
Example Two
We had a company from out of state call and want information on the status of the Tucson Condo Market. The Tucson Real Estate Search Engine (Barbara) got on the phone and called every condo conversion she could find and gathered information on the number of units available, number sold, pricing, location etc. She called a couple of mortgage brokers and asked them what they thought of the state of Tucson’s Condo Market for investment purposes and included their comments in the email she sent back to the company.
I had her send me a copy of the same email and the blog post Tucson Condo Market 2006 was born.
I love this Tucson Real Estate Search Engine, and I want to make the rest of the world aware of what a great resource they have living right here in Tucson and knowing how to get information that is up to date and not available on the web “yet”.
If you can’t find it using Google, MSN, Yahoo, or any of your other favorite search engine then consider trying The Tucson Real Estate Search Engine located at this blog and website.
